The Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering is proud to unveil an exhilarating assortment of events for our college fest. Offering a blend of technical ingenuity and collaborative spirit, participants can immerse themselves in circuit-based competitions and line follower robot races, demonstrating their prowess in electronics and robotics. On the flip side, our non-technical endeavors promise excitement with one-on-one challenges and treasure hunts, designed to ignite problem-solving skills and foster teamwork. With an ambiance pulsating with creativity and innovation, our department ensures an unforgettable experience for all, resonating with the dynamic energy of our fest.We will be conducting 3 technical events, 2 non-technical events, and 2 workshops that are sure to be informative and engaging for students, faculty, and industry professionals alike.

Hackathon / Ideathon
“SparkHack “ is an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge of circuits to real-world problems, to learn new skills and technologies, and to network with peers and professionals. It is also a platform for the department to promote the importance and potential of electronics and telecommunications in the society and the economy.
Participants will form teams of up to four members and choose from a variety of problem statements or themes related to circuits, such as smart home,road safety, security and privacy etc..
The event aims to foster creativity, collaboration, and learning among students, as well as to showcase their talents and skills.

Event Rounds: | Round 1 : Teams have 2 minutes to memorize electronic components. One teammate then communicates component names and specs using sign language. The other teammate must correctly interpret signs to identify components.
Round 2 :Selected teams must solve real-time problems using digital circuits. Teams design and implement digital circuits to address specific problem statements. Time limit for analysis, design, and implementation. Judging based on effectiveness of solutions, correctness of designs, and teamwork. |

At each location, they must solve the clue to uncover the next clue or find a hidden object. The final clue leads the teams to the "treasure" or the ultimate prize. The team that successfully completes the treasure hunt in the shortest time or with the most accuracy wins the competition. |

This workshop will introduce the basic concepts and principles of automation, robotics, and IoT devices, and provide hands-on experience with some of the tools and platforms that can be used to create automation solutions.
