Event Rules:
  • All coding must be done on-site; pre-written code is not allowed.
  • Solutions must be original and developed during the hackathon.
  • Teams must adhere to the event timings strictly.
  • Judges' decisions will be final and binding.

Event Name: Paper Presentation
Event Type: Technical Event

Event Description: The event consists of presenting the open ideas related to the trending technologies in the field of Computer Science and Design mentioned below:
  • Quantum Computing
  • Li-Fi Technology
  • SilverLight
  • Screenless Display
  • Cloud Drops
  • iTwins
  • xMax Technology
  • Green Cloud
  • And Not Limited too.
Event Rules:
  • Maximum number of participants in a Team is 3.
  • The topics that the papers can be chosen by your own. It is advisable that the presentation focuses on one particular topic.
  • Abstract should not exceed more than 250 words and Paper should not exceed 15 pages.
  • The subject of the mail with the attached abstract and later, the final paper should be the domain and sub-category under which the paper is categorized.
  • Soft-copies of the submitted paper and PowerPoint presentations must be in the .docx format.
  • Kindly Mail your abstract, paper and ppt to cst.paperpresentation@gmail.com. Difficulties will be addressed through the same email-id.
  • The teams will get 10 minutes for presentation and followed by question and answer session
  • Last day to submit soft copy of your report (via e-mail) will be March 11,2023.
  • After you have submitted the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through your material and if you are shortlisted to give the presentation, you will be notified.

Event Name: Technical Connexions’24
Event Type: Technical Event
Event Timings: 10:30 AM - 11:30 PM
Event Description:
  • Technical Connexion’24 is a Gaming Event.
  • A connection game is a type of abstract strategy game in which players attempt to complete a specific type of connection with their pieces.
  • Technical Ideas and the related pictures in terms of Computer Science and Technology are included in this connexion’23.
  • This gaming event shots out your work, over a knowledge to bring out your technical ability through the game of Technical Connexion’23.
Event Rules:
  • Each team consists of 2 members.
  • At the start of the game, both teams have assigned 100 points.
  • Each question has a time limit of 30 seconds.
  • If the answer is incorrect, the points will be deducted from the total of 100. Else, if the answer is correct, the point remains the same.
  • The team that presses the buzzer first will be given a chance (or) Chance will be given to the team who is pressing the buzzer first
  • If the team does not answer to the question, their points will be deducted and the opportunity will be given to another team.

Event Description:
  • Technical Quiz.
Event Rules:
  • Maximum 2 Participants per team
  • 3 Rounds will be Conducted

Event Rounds:
  • Maximum number of participants in a team is 2: Each team participating in the quiz event can have a maximum of two participants. No team can have more than two participants.
  • Quiz is based on the technical questions: The quiz will be based on technical questions related to a specific topic. The topic will be announced at the beginning of the event.
  • There are 3 rounds: The quiz will consist of three rounds: Paper and Pen round, Buzzer Round, and Rapid-Fire Round.
  • First round is Paper and Pen round: The first round of the quiz is the Paper and Pen round. In this round, each team will be given a set of questions on paper, and they will have to answer them in a given time frame.
  • Second round is Buzzer Round: The second round of the quiz is the Buzzer round. In this round, questions will be asked, and the team that presses the buzzer first will get to answer the question.
  • Third round is a Rapid-Fire Round: The third round of the quiz is the Rapid-Fire round. In this round, each team will be asked a series of rapid-fire questions, and they will have to answer them as quickly as possible.
  • Elimination is in every round based on marks: After each round, the scores will be tallied, and the team with the lowest score will be eliminated from the competition. This elimination process will continue until there is only one team left.
  • All the participating candidates will get the participation certificates: All the participants who take part in the quiz will receive participation certificates at the end of the event.
  • Decision is based on the marks shall be treated as final: The decision of the quiz master will be final and binding. The marks scored by the teams in each round will be treated as final, and no requests for revaluation will be entertained.
